Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:
**Front Desk**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reservation management, etc.
**Housekeeping**
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms.
- Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to hotel management.
- Ensure all housekeeping areas are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
