To sell FedEx Services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers (primary focus: net ‘new’ potential) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by
FedEx). Acts as team lead and assists manager in providing coaching/training/etc. to junior/new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Educational RequirementsPost Secondary: - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Related Experience RequirementsMinimum number of years required for entry to this job
- Sales - 1 year - FedEx Sales or Inside Sale
Other specific mandatory experience requirements
Technical Skill RequirementsSolid knowledge of the following: - Knowledge of selling FedEx services - (preferred)
- FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments
Computer literacy and proficiency:
- Microsoft Excel - basic
- Microsoft Word - basic
- Microsoft Power Point - basic
- Microsoft Outlook - standard
- Sales Force Automation - preferred
