**Who We Are**: TransferEASE Relocation Inc.is a Relocation Management Company relocating employees Domestically, Cross Border and Internationally. We provide a full range of programs to our clients including Governments, Fortune 500 and other Major Corporations.

We are seeking an individual with a high level of customer service and relationship management skills leading to the success of each relocation. You will be the Single Point of Contact for both the Corporation and the transferring employees for all services.

**Responsibilities**
- Able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
- Primary contact for both the Corporation and Employee
- Knowledge of budgets and expense management and able to advise the employees professionally and thoughtfully
- Understanding deadlines and working through Service Level Agreements
- Advise employee on real estate decisions and recommendations to sell/rent or buy a home
- Primary contact for Suppliers and able to Source quality suppliers in tight markets.
- Deliver all services through our network of service providers in a timely manner

- Must work well in a fast paced and high volume team environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Thrive on tight deadlines
- Eager to learn and take on new assignments
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Possess strong computer proficiency to enter data correctly and provide quality reporting

We are seeking someone who has personally relocated, travelled broadly or taken the CERC course. Bilingualism is a definite asset. We are looking for 1-2 years of experience in Relocation or a similar HR field and a College or University education.
