As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on paid search and demand generation. You will analyze campaign metrics, generate insightful reports, and optimize strategies to drive maximum performance and client satisfaction.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, specifically focusing on paid advertising campaigns and paid search initiatives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media, display networks, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness and generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting insights, recommendations, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract valuable data and interpret performance trends, identifying opportunities to enhance campaign ROI and meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development teams, to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and algorithm updates to develop innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ad performance, conversion rates, and overall campaign success.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources strategically, and ensure campaigns are delivered within specified timelines and financial targets.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and promoting a collaborative work environment.

**_ Requirements:_**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and paid search strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, etc., and experience in reporting on campaign success.
- Proficiency in utilizing data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and campaign results to internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns is highly desirable.
