**Job Details**:
**Position Title**: Request Fulfillment Technician

**Status**: Temporary Part-Time Support

**Hours**: 24 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**:Information Technology Services

**Campus/Location**:North Campus

**Payband/Hourly Rate**:$30.64 - $37.14

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Manager, Technology Support, the Request Fulfillment Technician is responsible for the complete request fulfillment process of IT hardware, software and software licensing, and IT services.

Responsibilities include:

- Reviewing, processing, updating and closing Request Fulfillment technology order tickets within the ITSM software tool
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and college business units
- Shipment tracking and tracing
- Updating ETA’s and proactively advising order status to team members and clients
- Communicating timely and relevant information across functional groups
- Assisting with financial reconciliations
- Preparing and maintaining reports
- Creating documentation and best practice standards
- Staying informed and current on latest technologies and vendor offerings
- Other duties as assigned

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**
- 3-year diploma or degree in Computer Science or Business related studies
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations certification from a recognized authority or relevant training and/or experience
- HDI Desktop Support Technician certification or relevant training and/or experience

**Experience**
- Minimum of three years of related work experience in a busy high-volume environment
- Fundamental understanding of the Information Technology industry and technology solutions including hardware, software and software licensing, and services

**Additional Skills**
- Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
- Must be able to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Demonstrate excellent creative out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills
- Work well under pressure
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic
