**CSN 427 Auto Collision** is looking for an Alignment Technician to join our team. The Alignment Technician will inspect, diagnose, repair and service mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components for vehicles. He /she also performs major repair and replacement of mechanical units on newly assembled motor vehicles.

**Major areas of responsibility**:

- Ability to review repair orders and perform the job as efficiently as possible.
- Main work on suspension and alignment of vehicles that have been involved in automotive collisions
- Inspecting motors in operation, road testing vehicles and testing automotive systems and components using electronic/computer or other testing devices to diagnose problems and isolate faults
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems including fuel, brake, steering and suspension systems
- Performing scheduled maintenance service such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
- Testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years’ experience in Auto Mechanic
- Automotive Service Technician (310S) License
- Member of the Ontario College of Trades.
- Owns a complete set of tools.
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers.
