**About Fibracast**

**Accounts Payable**:

- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure invoices and payments are correctly posted.
- Gain understanding of Procurement software utilized by company and accounts payable role within the software.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payable status.
- Provide support of accounts receivable as required.

**Payroll**:

- Preparation of bi-weekly payroll for head office in Canada and for U.S based staff.
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
- Calculate and pay according to hours worked incorporating vacation and overtime.
- Calculation and tracking of commissions when appropriate.
- Ensure employee RRSP/DPSP contributions are recorded correctly.
- Preparation of annual T4 filing
- Deal with any issues and questions regarding payroll from employees.
- Prepare government remittances (EHT, WSIB)

**Experience, Qualifications & Education**
- 5 years of experience working in a bookkeeping, finance or accounting role is required.
- 5 years of payroll experience in Canada is required.
- Experience with U.S payroll is an asset.
- Experience working with QuickBooks is an asset.
- Previous experience with payroll software. Experience working with ADP software an asset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaborate with others.
- Ability to set priorities and execute tasks in a timely manner.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
