Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at a vibrant and bustling restaurant at The Good Son Don Mills. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation guidelines, rules and policies of The Good Son
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a Bartender
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
