**Summary of Responsibilities**

The Supply Chain Analyst procures and maintains a continuous supply of parts and accessories to meet corporate objectives through enhanced demand forecasting, demand planning and data analytics.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Purchase, co-ordinate the product flow and stock an optimal balance of parts and accessories in order to meet the sales and department objectives
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure optimum delivery performance. Expedite back orders as necessary. Resolve receipt and invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
- Develop and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the business processes and inventory management operation
- Create, modify and enhance new and existing reports
- Collaborate with internal stake holders to create a two-way information flow for better decision - making
- Maintain forecasts and product life cycle for all new product launches and exits. Recommend rationalization initiatives based on changes in demand and market trends
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned

**Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements**
- **Degree/Diploma**:Bachelor’s degree
- **Program of Study**:Business, Supply Chain
- **Years of Experience**:3-5 years related experience
- **Type of Experience**:Wholesale or Retail

**Skills & Abilities**
- Strong decision-making skills
- Dedicated to multitask effectively to ensure timely project completion to align with corporate objectives
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel
- SAP Experience considered an asset

**Travel/Overtime Requirements**
- Some overtime may be required for month and year end processes.
