Hiring Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role is pivotal in driving data‑driven decision‑making through advanced analytics, report automation, and AI‑powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, data analytics, and task automation, with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience leveraging AI tools to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Design and automate recurring reports to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
- Streamline reporting processes using tools such as Power Query, VBA, and Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
- Build advanced Excel models for scenario analysis, cost optimization, and performance tracking.
- Utilize complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, reporting, and process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self‑starter with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working with large and complex data sets.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, VBA, and Power Query).
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of AI applications in supply chain (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning).
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Certification in data analytics or supply chain (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).
