Belleville, Canada Bay Mazda Full time

Internet & Lot Support Assistant - Bay Mazda

Do you enjoy being outdoors, staying organized, and taking photos? Are you someone who notices what needs to be done — and just gets on with it?

Bay Mazda is looking for a part-time Internet & Lot Support Assistant. This role is focused on photographing and promoting our inventory online and helping maintain our lot's professional appearance when needed.

Primary Responsibilities - Internet & Marketing

You’ll take the lead on the online presentation of our vehicles and dealership. Your daily duties will include:

- Photographing and videoing all new and used vehicles (40-60 photos per car)
- Posting content to our website, AutoTrader, and other platforms
- Promoting Bay Mazda on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Interviewing staff for short promotional videos and uploading them to social media
- Staging and scheduling content (e.g., via Meta Business Suite or Buffer)
- Helping to create a written roadmap for completing daily and weekly internet-related tasks with the General Sales Manager and GM
- Keeping listings up-to-date (removing sold units, retaking photos seasonally)

Secondary Responsibilities - Lot Support (as needed)

You will work closely with our full-time Lot Attendant and support as needed. That includes:

- Reorganizing cars for seasonal displays or promotions
- Assisting with stickers, hangers, or cleanup before events
- Helping present cars during photo sessions
- Lending a hand when staff are tied up and the lot needs attention

Community Events

You may also represent Bay Mazda at local events like Picton Fair, Waterfront Festival, Ribfest, and Canada Day.

We’ll provide the setup — you’ll help represent the brand, display vehicles, and interact with the public. A salesperson or manager may join you, but you’ll take the lead in setup and coordination.
