Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and various software tools will be crucial in driving business success.

**Duties**:

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Utilize tools such as R, Power BI, SQL, and VBA to analyze and visualize data
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or processes
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with R, Power BI, SQL, VBA, or other relevant software tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations

Pay: $47,934.29-$102,357.54 per year
