Dixon Commercial is a family run agency which has been in business for over 60 years. We are a rapidly growing company, licensed in every province across Canada. We service our clients by assisting with their outstanding accounts through ongoing negotiations, initiating arrangements, securing settlements and establishing payment plans on their behalf.
As a 3rd party collector you will be responsible for collecting on overdue accounts and court orders on behalf of our clients. An assertive telephone manner, sharp negotiating skills, a strong work ethic and dependable attendance are essential for this position.
We look for self managers and employees who can operate without micromanagement as we allow our collectors full ownership over their portfolio as well as the ability to set their own working hours.

**A commission based bonus is paid in addition to an hourly wage**. We also offer paid training and paid vacation.
**Salary**: $19.00 to $20.00/hour (Experience is an asset) + **An Unlimited Commission Based Bonus Paid on a Bi-Weekly Basis**

**Responsibilities**:
- Showing a BOLD attitude with an ability to overcome and handle objections while maintaining a productive conversation with our customers
- Negotiating the best possible arrangements or settlements on behalf of our clients
- Keeping up to date and detailed records of each file in their assigned portfolio
- The ability to multi-task and think/respond “on the fly”
