A US Collections Supervisor at NCRi is responsible on collecting payments on US delinquent accounts. The supervisor's main task is to oversee the credit and collection department by providing motivation, strategy, and direction to staff to meet the company's collection needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Contact past due US customers by phone, request payment & negotiate appropriate payment arrangements, Send correspondence to delinquent/collection customers
- Update customer account information with e.g. commitments to pay, amounts & dates, collection call updates. Document call activity details
- Handle objections & excuses
- Perform to regulatory standards and best practice on collections
- Achieve individual collection targets, to meet Department and Company goals
- Supervise junior collectors as per required needs
- Coach and train collections officers
- Help resolve IT issues by submitting tickets on behalf of collections officers
- Track daily attendance of collection officers
- Support Collections agents by taking escalated calls from debtors

What You Bring:

- 3-5 years of experience in US collections in a supervisory role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for consistent collection calls
- Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check

Home Office Equipment Requirements:

- Equipment will be provided by the company
- High-speed internet with hardwires connection from the computer to the modem. Speed should be 50 MPBS download and 20 MPBS Upload.
