**Position Overview**: We are seeking a Shipper & Receiver with a minimum of 2 years of experience, renowned for their attention to detail and capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- **Shipping and Receiving Coordination**: Accurately and efficiently manage the shipment and reception of departmental tools, parts, and products. This involves careful handling, verification, and documentation of all inbound and outbound items to maintain operational flow.
- **Inbound Freight and Inventory Management**: Efficiently handle the reception, organization, and storage of inbound freight. This includes verifying received items, methodically sorting, and labeling for easy identification, and ensuring secure storage in designated areas. Maintain a systematic approach to both storage and retrieval, optimizing inventory tracking and access.
- **Safety Compliance and Workspace Maintenance**: Ensure all shipping and receiving activities comply with safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols to minimize risks and hazards.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with team members to align shipping and receiving activities with broader organizational needs and schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipping and receiving role.**:

- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, literacy and writing legibility.
- Physical fitness, technical proficiency, and a strong focus on safety.
- Team-oriented with effective problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Highly adaptable with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
