The Parts Shipper/ Receiver verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions.

Job Duties:

- Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments, verify information against invoices, orders and other records.
- Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rate.
- Keep all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and clearly labelled.
- Maintain receiving and shipping records, delivering truck maintenance records and returned parts records.
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejected damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Must follow all company safely policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must Hold a valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Good Communication Skills
- CDK Experience an Asset
- First Aid Certificate an asset
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

**Compensation: $16-17 per hour based on experience**

**Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm**
