Outbound Fulfillment Specialist

We are very lucky to offer several incredible opportunities to join our team, and we are currently recruiting for a mission driven **Outbound Fulfillment Specialist **to join our Operations Team. Your role is to deliver on customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers’ orders are shipped without error.

**Available Shift - Richmond Warehouse **(2020 N0. 6 Road, Richmond, BC, **V6V 1P1)**

Saturday - Wednesday from 8am-4:30pm

**What does one (perfect) workday look like?**

You start your day fresh with coffee and breakfast (or not) and report in to your Team Leader. You spend your day on the fulfillment floor picking, packing, and shipping out customers' orders. You are a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a faced paced environment where attention to detail, communication and teamwork are essential to success. At the end of the day you review your progress and update your Team Leader. Additional daily duties include:

- Pick, pack, and ship orders daily
- Complete customs and courier documentation for all shipments
- Prepare products for incoming external orders
- Report personal and team performance at the end of each day
- Work with the Fulfillment Team Leader to implement process and efficiency improvements
- Comply with OHS standards including safe operation of mobile equipment
- Other items as assigned by Fulfillment Team Leader

**Your main KPIs?**
- All internal orders ship same day
- All external orders ship within 5 days
- Number of orders picked and packed per hour
- Other productivity related metrics
