**Shipper/Receiver Job Responsibilities**:
Inventory and Warehouse Management:

- Maintain inventory through weekly, Annual cycle count.
- Release and return materials to and from production floor by using appropriate software (Sortly) and documenting movement of materials.
- Disposition and recording of location of materials and supplies.

Shipping and Receiving:

- Prepare finished product for shipment, including documentation, by identifying pulling, packing, strapping loading and securing product.
- Conduct inspection of trailers and containers before shipping Finished product and before unloading incoming materials.
- Unload, document, inspect, and label any incoming materials.
- Support in removing scrap and recycling materials by contacting the recycling companies and loading them in bins as needed.
- Communicate with truck drivers and securing and providing proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Carefully handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials as required.
- Operate a forklift, winch, or other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials.
- Maintain material handler equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results of related activities and duties as needed.

**Shipper/Receiver Competencies**:

- Comfortable with use of Windows based computer.
- Comfortable with learning use of outlook and new software.
- Being able to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend and analyze information.

**Education skills and Experience**:

- Valid Forklift certification required.
- (2) Years forklift experience required.
- Experience with RF scanning is an asset.
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills to use equipment properly.
- Understands the importance of a positive, team-based attitude, and is capable of working professionally within their own team and with cross
- functional teams.
- Proven ability to have strong understanding of the safety and operation of a forklift.
