Our client in Scarborough is seeking a self-driven and organized individual to fill the role of a Receptionist/Office Coordinator on a temporary part-time basis. Work hours are a bit flexible from Monday to Friday. This would be an ideal opportunity for students and those looking for additional work. Submit your resume for immediate review

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Providing administrative support to team
- Caretaking of lobby area, receptionist desk, and kitchen
- Other administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, in-person and over the phone
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently
- Must be available to start immediately
