**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant team at vitaminboba. As our member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, crafting delicious beverages, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment.
- Prepare a variety of bubble tea beverages and snacks, including tea-based drinks, smoothies, and other specialty drinks, following standardized recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including daily cleaning routines and regular sanitization of equipment and surfaces.
- Monitor and restock inventory of ingredients, toppings, and supplies to ensure seamless operations during busy hours.
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and introduce them to new flavors and combinations.
- Upsell products, such as introducing seasonal specials, boba-themed accessories from **vitaminboba**, new drinks, and promotional items to increase sales.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shifts and efficient customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues and leave customers satisfied.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork, respect, and a proactive attitude.
- Maintain storefront display
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is a plus.
- Passion for bubble tea and a genuine interest in learning about different flavors, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate the POS system for order processing and payments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers and team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and drink preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating change.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move moderately heavy objects.
