As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Cladding Estimator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario and support the preparation of accurate project cost estimates and bid submissions.

**What You’ll Do**
- Review project documents, including drawings and specifications, to assess scope and requirements
- Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates using architectural drawings
- Prepare cost estimates for cladding projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
- Submit bids and track project proposals to ensure timely submissions
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate costs
- Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope
- Use industry-specific software, such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, for estimating and documentation
- Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing records, and bid tracking systems

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost estimation and quantity take-offs
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam (or similar software)
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Minimum construction experience preferred, ideally in cladding, façade systems, or related fields
