We are **Insta Auto Solutions **a family owned Alberta dealership. AMVIC Licensed, Our dealership is new, clean and modern with a state-of-the-art facility.

We are **looking to recruit an energetic, Dealership Lot Attendant to maintain our dealership's vehicle inventory and lot.**

The lot attendant will assist in moving and arrange vehicles to optimize space. He/she will ensure vehicles are parked in designated lot areas, as well as those waiting for maintenance and/or detailed.

**Lot Attendant Responsibilities**:

- **Attending and participating in training and meetings**
- **Ensuring vehicles are clean, sanitized and presentable**
- **Lot is clean free of all debris, litter, organized and safe for all**
- **Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas**

**Driving the vehicles to different locations**
- **Checking for vehicles displaying all the required IDs and Tags**
- **Overseeing and maintaining keys**
- **Ensuring that front row ready vehicles are displayed front**
- **Informing the leadership team of any issues as they arise**
- **Complying with all company policies and procedures**

**Lot Attendant Requirements**:

- **Valid driver's license**
- **Driver's abstract and clean driving record**
- **Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles**
- **Ability to follow basic written instructions**
- **Outstanding organizational and time management skills**
- **Must be able to be on time for work**
