Are you an experienced landscaping professional with leadership skills? TurtleCreek Landscaping is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic who is ready to manage a team, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality results. We are a year-round, full-service property maintenance company that provides landscaping, hardscaping and property maintenance for residential, commercial, institutional and municipal properties in and around the Halton Hills area. We pride ourselves on reliability, efficiency, and ensuring quality services to our clients throughout the spring, summer and fall seasons. If you have experience in property maintenance and managing a crew, are reliable, and are mobile to get to job sites, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a crew of landscape maintenance team members.
- Drive and operate a truck and trailer safely and efficiently.
- Oversee landscaping tasks, including lawn care, pruning, and general maintenance.
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and to high standards.
- Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G License in good standing (must be provided upon request).
- Proven experience in landscaping and crew management (required).
- Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer (experience required).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining safety standards.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halton Hills, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (required)
- crew management: 1 year (required)
- Truck and trailer driving: 1 year (required)
