Hardscaping Foreman

This role is for a confident, **highly experienced Hardscape Construction Foreman** who can **take the lead with mínimal supervision** and execute jobs independently and professionally. If you're the type of foreman who knows how to run a site, manage a team, and operate heavy machinery with skill — we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise hardscape projects from start to finish
- Execute builds including interlock patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and water features with next to no oversight
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety compliance
- Train, guide, and motivate crew members onsite
- Coordinate daily jobsite tasks and communicate effectively with project managers

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 5+ years of hands-on hardscaping experience (no exceptions)
- Proven leadership experience running a construction crew
- Strong ability to work independently and solve problems onsite
- Thorough knowledge of base prep, grading, drainage, and material installation
- Valid G driver’s license, ability to drive truck
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship and team success

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halton Hills, ON (L7J): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- hardscaping: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
