Posting: Front Desk High-rise residential condominium
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
+ Manage the team of five security guards.
+ Insure Site Orders and protocols are being followed.
+ Laison between company and the client (condo corporation).
JOB DUTIES:
+ Monitoring video surveillance;
+ Front desk duties & access control.
+ Performing property patrols.
+ Parking enforcement.
+ Parcels management.
+ Maintaining logs & reporting incidents.
+ Dealing with residents.
+ Dealing with Property Manager.
+ Leading Security Team.
+ Dealing with Contractors.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
+ Valid Ontario Security License.
+ First Aid & CPR.
+ Onsite training will be provided (unpaid).
HOW TO APPLY:
1. Updated Resume.
2. Security license copy.
3. CPR First Aid certification.
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
- English language fluency is a must.
French not required.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday: 7am-3pm (Tentative).
Work Location: In person.

EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years security experience.
Residential condominium security guard experience required.
