Security Concierge Supervisor

Full Time Experienced Security Supervisor Concierge for a condominium corporation located in **North York (Don Mills & Sheppard).** The shifts are **Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm.**

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License in good standing
- First Aid and level C CPR certifications a definite asset
- Minimum 2 years experience in a security supervisor role within a Condominium Environment
- Proficient with computer literacy
- Strong written and verbal skills communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to maintain and nurture relationships
- The ability to follow all policies, procedures and protocols
- Quick response time
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Flexible and adaptable to ever changing environments

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Operate CCTV and other surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious behavior
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency personnel as needed
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or law enforcement preferred

- Supervise a team of security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
- Conduct regular patrols to check for any security breaches or unauthorized access
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment
- Train and educate security staff on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Investigate any security incidents or breaches and provide detailed reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a security supervisory role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and their operation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and handle stressful situations calmly
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
