Security - Site Supervisor - Condominium

CondominiumsResponsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the site security team
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets
- Monitor surveillance systems and CCTV cameras to detect any suspicious activity
- Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed for incidents or emergencies
- Conduct regular inspections to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Train and supervise security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security-related activities
- Site is new build, must wear PPE all the time.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Condominums is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and regulations is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and security equipment

In the role of Security - Site Supervisor for a condominium, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the premises. Your expertise in law enforcement and surveillance will be essential in implementing loss prevention strategies and monitoring CCTV systems. By ensuring a secure environment, you will contribute to the overall safety and peace of mind for residents and staff alike. Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
