**Job Summary**

As a **Sales Associate** at Dragon Vape, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our products responsibly. You’ll assist customers in finding the right devices, e-liquids, and accessories based on their needs, while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant store environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
- Promote and explain products, bundle deals, and loyalty programs without pushy sales tactics.
- Ensure all sales are made in compliance with age-verification and provincial regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
- Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and assist with daily counts when required.
- Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Follow all company policies, including FIFO (First In, First Out) for product rotation.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (vape industry experience an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be **19 years of age or older** (legal age to sell vape products).
