Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and technology, and who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market and sell our products and services to potential customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct inside sales activities, including making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively address customer concerns
- Ability to market and communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Experience in inside sales and lead generation is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts is a plus
