**Summary**

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be integral to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the team. Your core skills in accounting and proficiency with accounting software will enable you to efficiently manage payroll and filing tasks. Utilizing your premium skills in QuickBooks and accounts payable/receivable, you will assist in processing transactions and **reconciling accounts**. Additionally, your relevant skills in data entry and **account analysis** will contribute to the overall financial health of the organizations. **Qualifications**
- Proficient in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks and Sage
- Knowledge of payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial services and account reconciliation
- Ability to work with various software systems such as ADP, Xero, and PeopleSoft
- Accounting/Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with accounting activities pertaining to all aspects of A/P, A/R, Payroll, Month/Year End procedures
- Preparing reports, updating, and retrieving financial data
- Maintaining filing and record systems
- Processing invoices and supporting documents
- Ensuring administrative and accounting compliance with company policies and standards
- Coordinating duties with other members of the company as needed
- Working on Client site - Traveling involved

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
