Project Coordinator

**Location: Longueuil, QC—Possibility to work from home #LI-Remote**

Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Participate in the implementation of a governance plan for our internal tools: Atlassian suite, Microsoft, collaboration tools and project management tools;
- Coordinate all incoming requests for tools at mdf commerce;
- Gather/identify users’ needs;
- Analyze and understand business processes to meet user needs;
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of new solutions;
- Conceptualize and configure solutions and tools according to user needs;
- Coordinate:

- Information gathering and provide KPI reports on a weekly basis;
- Billing process;
- Management of timesheet approvals;
- Freelance management activities in terms of contract issuance, follow-up and renewal.
- Coordinate and participate in the input of information and be the reference for assignment management;
- Generate reports for revenue planning.

**Desired profile**:

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. MS Dynamics would be an asset;
- Skills in coordinating activities within projects, organization and attention to detail;
- Financial and billing process knowledge;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Autonomy, thoroughness, reliability and initiative are essential;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree (preferably in administration, marketing or sales) or relevant experience;
- Minimum of 5 in a support/coordination position in a technology consulting firm.
