This opportunity is for youOur client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support their sales and operations teams. You will play a key role liaising with clients and external representatives while working closely with the internal drafting team.Why this role?- Permanent position in a stable, fast-growing company- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications- Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, disability, life)- Employer contribution to a group RRSP- Employee assistance and wellness program (EAP)- Flexible schedule and hybrid work modelKey responsibilities:- Prepare quotes and proposals (Excel, CRM, Word) and keep databases up to date- Coordinate technical data for the preparation of shop drawings- Serve as the liaison between external representatives, clients, and internal teams- Ensure technical documents meet project requirements- Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation- Post-delivery follow-up: replacement parts, warranty letters, installation support- Process orders in the ERP system: open sales and production files, gather technical information, verify shop drawingsProfile sought:- Degree or diploma in a technical field (architecture, industrial design, building drafting, etc.)- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment- Ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings- Comfortable with quotes, price calculations, and proposals- Proficient in Excel, Word, CRM, and ERP systems- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Comfortable using both imperial and metric systemsLanguage Requirement: English- Required skill level: advanced- Reasons for language requirements: communication with clients, collaboration between internal teams, support for operations in another region, relationships with partners or stakeholders from different cultures, technical or specialized knowledge, customer support- Frequency of use: constantly (for almost all tasks)Please send your resume in Word format to Katherine Zenetzis at katherine.z@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000 For more details, click here.CNESST permit numbers: AP-2000158 & AR-2000157
