You will play an essential role in supporting our construction and earthworks projects, helping us deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a range of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, graders, skid steers, and loaders.
- Perform earthworks and site preparation tasks such as digging, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to all company and regulatory safety protocols.
- Accurately track equipment usage and report any mechanical issues.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or civil environment.
- Proficiency in operating excavators, dozers, graders, skid steers, and loaders.
- Class 1 or 3 driver’s license is an asset.
- Strong mechanical understanding of equipment operation and upkeep.
- Familiarity with GPS-enabled equipment is an asset.
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in varying weather conditions and site environments.

**Additional Information**:
Most of our work is based in Calgary and surrounding areas. However, some projects may require travel outside the city. For these out-of-town assignments, **compensation and accommodations are provided**.
