Site: Residential Condominium

**Job Type**: Full Time - Monday - Friday - 2pm to 10pm

Compensation: $19.50

**If you have the following**:

- A Valid Security Guard License
- A Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
- Outstanding and personalized customer service
- Proven relevant work experience
- Able to be accessible to your site team to assist with emergency calls
- Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
- Exceptional report writing and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of security procedures & protocols
- Accurate and detailed administrational work
- Keen surveillance/observational skills
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Good computer skills

- Residential Security Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Security: 3 years (preferred)
