Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor, to join our exciting, hard working and growing team in Mississauga, Ontario.

**Job Duties**:

- Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
- Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
- Monitor and control access at defined facility and property entry control points and assigned security posts
- Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents

**Requirements**:

- A valid Ontario security license
- Minimum 5 years of security experience and/or completion of post-secondary studies in Law & security/police foundations diploma program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can stay alert at all times
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Security: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
- Police Foundation or Law& Security education (preferred)
