If you're dependable, well-spoken, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you **Please note this role consists of the following hours: Monday - Thursday 2pm-7pm, Friday 2pm-6pm, Saturday 8:30am-5pm** **_ Hourly Wage Range: $16.70-17.80_** **_ Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements._**: **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Answering and forwarding telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner - Greeting and directing customers to the appropriate department or team member - Handling daily cash posting and bank deposits - Performing accurate data entry and general clerical support - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Supporting team operations with flexibility as priorities shift - Contributing to a friendly and positive office environment - Other administrative duties as needed **Requirements**: - A positive attitude and a professional, welcoming presence - Excellent communication skills—well-spoken in person and over the phone - Dependable and self-motivated, with strong time management abilities - Able to stay organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently - Comfortable handling changes or unexpected situations with flexibility - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook), and eager to learn dealership software systems - A collaborative mindset and desire to help create great experiences for every customer and colleague **Why You'll Love Steele Auto Group**: At **Steele Auto Group**, you’re not just joining a company, you’re joining a community.
