Looking to add a Jr. Service Advisor / BDC person to our growing team Someone with a great attitude and enjoys the automotive industry.

Note: This can be an entry level position for those wishing to enter the industry as full training will be provided. This position can be easily promotable in time.

Daily Duties Can Include:

- Checking in customers, dealing with inquires and complaints
- Answering phone calls and booking in service appointments, and returning phone calls **promptly**:

- Advising customers on service that should be done and completed work
- Following up with customers regarding repairs or parts needed through the day
- Opening and closing repair orders and assisting the customer with payment
- Process and product knowledge of automotive workshop
- Any additional duties

**Requirements**:

- Customer service (1-2 years minimum preferred)
- CDK experience is a plus
- Automobile knowledge

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: In person
