We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly and effectively. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide product information and recommendations to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
