Bumble is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager for English and French Canada that will help deliver on Bumble’s mission of facilitating healthy and equitable relationships.

As the Marketing Manager for English and French Canada, you will support the strategy, development and execution of all awareness, conversion and affinity-driving marketing campaigns in the region. With a small team dedicated to Canada and constrained resources, you will be challenged to be a self-starter and own programs from ideation through execution. Your ultimate goal will be to drive brand awareness and deliver new user growth in Canada by designing campaigns based on market needs and performance trends, as well as identifying opportunities to build and scale our brand.

The Marketing Manager will also act as a close collaborator and liaison for the North America marketing team and for global cross-functional teams including but not limited to Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Influencer Engagement, Owned Social, Research and Creative Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO- Plan, lead and execute national and local integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with both internal and external creative and media resources, as well as with a cross-functional team.- Uphold brand and market strategy through the creative production process- Spearhead brief writing, development and review of creative assets, develop go-to-market tools, campaign execution and performance analysis- Project manage to ensure all campaigns are executed on-time and within budget- Assist in localizing regional campaigns based on provincial nuances, specifically for Quebec- Develop cross-channel marketing strategies and plans aimed at growing Bumble’s usership and brand affinity in Quebec.- Build a pipeline for local partnerships and activations in tier I cities of Montreal and Toronto.- Build marketing processes, toolkits and best practices in collaboration with other North America and Canada teammates, as well as with cross-functional teams.- Provide oversight and support for Canada Marketing Coordinator.- Detailed budget management and reporting.

KEY SKILLS- University degree in business or marketing-related field- 3-5 years of marketing or brand management experience- Experience in tech a plus- Bilingual in English and Quebecois French- Experience acting as a cross-functional lead for multiple large brand campaigns running simultaneously and involving both digital and traditional marketing channels- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Quebec young professional/millennial consumer, local Quebec influencer talent, as well as provincial media landscape- Superior computer skills, especially MS Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint
