**About the Role**:
Northway Ford Lincoln is growing — and so is our used car department. We're looking for a motivated **Used Car Sales Advisor** who knows how to build trust, uncover needs, and match customers with the right vehicle from our pre-loved lot. If you're someone who loves a fast-paced, target-driven environment and knows how to move product _without the pressure tactics_, we want to talk.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Guide customers through the pre-owned buying process from test drive to delivery
- Maintain deep product knowledge on our used inventory (and stay quick on trade-in values)
- Collaborate with our appraisal and finance teams to create seamless transactions
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships with transparency and care
- Hit monthly volume and customer satisfaction goals

**What You Bring**:

- Previous automotive sales experience (used car experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the used car market and ability to speak to value and reliability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid OMVIC license and clean driver’s abstract

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
