New Car Sales Consultant

**About the Role**:
We’re on a mission to make **buying a new Ford or Lincoln more exciting and less stressful** — and we’re looking for a **New Car Sales Advisor** who shares that vision. You’ll be the face of our new vehicle department, guiding customers through modern, tech-packed vehicles and helping them find the perfect match — whether it's a family-ready Explorer or an off-road-ready Bronco.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Present and demonstrate new Ford and Lincoln models with knowledge and energy
- Build relationships with walk-in and online customers
- Work alongside our finance team to provide clear, transparent options
- Stay up to date on current incentives, lease/finance rates, and product updates
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
**What You Bring**:
- Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required)
- Passion for new vehicle technology and customer-focused service
- Valid OMVIC license and clean driver’s abstract
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
