**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis**
- Identify skill gaps at the induvial and organizational level and strategic interventions to improve performance
- Complete from/to capabilities statements required for project success
- Define learning success metrics
**Solution Architecture**
- Work with sales team to architect and write the solution components of complex statements of work and proposals and assist with scoping exercises with operations
**Learning Program Evaluation**
- Evaluate current learning programs to help increase performance, trim excesses, and create cohesive curriculums that meet goals
**Learning Strategy Design**
- Design structured learning programs to ensure employees develop the skills they need to meet organizational goals
**Learning Asset Analysis, Design and Planning**
- Ensure learners are on the optimal path to meet organizational goals by properly identifying learning objectives, evaluating skills gaps, and creating effective learning pathways
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**

Learning Innovation Design*
- Proven ability to understand and design learning solutions and programs within a learning environment, making the best use of Innovative learning technologies - ex AR, VR, 360, Mobile, Microvideos
- Ability to make learning assessments and solution recommendations based on a solid understanding of available technologies, resources, and media

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Able to multi-task, adapt and change priorities at a moment’s notice to meet deadlines
- Follow up and report on all leads, prospects, and opportunities

**EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in business or technology
- 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role within a learning or organization development field
**Enterprise Learning Consulting**
- Experience working with learning needs in various business units within an enterprise, from Operations and Health & Safety divisions, to Sales, Compliance, and Human Resources
