Rockcliff Auto is a growing automotive dealership committed to providing quality vehicles and transparent customer service. We are looking for a driven and motivated **Sales Executive** to join our team and help deliver an exceptional car-buying experience.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service**
- Greet and assist walk-in and online customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process
- Negotiate pricing and terms confidently and professionally
- Close deals and support customers through delivery

**Lead Management & Follow-Up**
- Respond to online leads across multiple platforms (website, AutoTrader, Facebook, Marketplace, CarGurus, Kijiji, etc.)
- Follow up with potential buyers to convert leads to sales
- Maintain CRM or lead logs and track communication

**Marketing & Promotion**
- Assist with online vehicle listings and social media promotion
- Take photos/videos of inventory and create simple marketing content
- Promote dealership offers and inventory through digital channels

**Administrative & Vehicle Management**
- Prepare paperwork necessary for financing and sales
- Coordinate vehicle registration and delivery
- Assist with vehicle movements (pick-ups, drop-offs, test drives, detail bay, service appointments)

**Qualifications**
- OMVIC Certified or **willing to obtain OMVIC license**:

- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused, confident, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or automotive industry is an asset (not required)

Pay: $24,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
