Accent Inns, the hotel with a rubber duck in every room, is searching for a **Reservations Agent (Full Time - NOT remote)** to join our flock of totally unique and fun-loving individuals at our **Richmond** location. We embrace flexibility, but we do need someone who can work Sundays for this role.

**What You Do**
- You embody our four Core Values everyday bringing your positive self to make your fellow employees and guests days brighter.
- You are often the first point of contact for our guests and future guests. You are genuinely interested in others and show it with a warm tone, pitch, and volume in all phone interactions.
- You promptly answer incoming calls, make and modify reservations, troubleshoot guest requests, and continuously relay important information to other team members.
- You own the Reservation’s office. You work in a hectic, fast-paced environment and face new challenges every day with a steady hand on the helm.

**What You Need**
- ** Must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays**:

- ** Not remote, role is based out of Accent Inns Richmond**:

- Extra-sensory perception to how others are feeling

- Front desk or reservations office experience an asset, but we are also happy to train
