What will you do?

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with various departments within the organization to work together to understand business requirements, gather data, analyze insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
- Communicate findings, present insights, and provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to support strategic planning and decision making at the executive level.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that drive business outcomes and achieve project goals.
- Provide training and support to internal users, including executives, managers, and frontline staff, on how to use BI tools, interpret data visualizations, and leverage analytics insights effectively. Ensure that users have the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed decisions based on data.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) working as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in business intelligence or data analytics (e.g., CBIP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
