**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure project completion.
- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling tasks and managing workflow.
- Oversee the use of hand tools and equipment, ensuring they are utilized safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in building projects by performing tasks such as caulking, heavy lifting, and blueprint reading.
- Provide training to team members on proper techniques for construction tasks, including carpentry skills.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or maintenance person industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, and the use of hand tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:
