JOB OPPORTUNITY_: Patient Experience Intake Coordinator - Richmond location_

Responsibilities include:

- Responding to incoming calls from patients, referring dental offices and doctors
- Confirming patient appointments and procedures, reviewing pre-operative instructions
- Scheduling appointments for patients, creating patient electronic charts
- Executing Crescent Oral Surgery’s billing and payment processing protocols
- Entering and processing insurance claims on behalf of patients, as well as following up on claims
- Managing incoming information, including distributing information and posting information in patient charts as required
- Other tasks as required from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Excellent **customer service skills**; A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or reception role
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience is preferred
- Ability to **work independently** with mínimal supervision in a **fast-paced environment**:

- Must have **excellent oral and written communication skills** and a **strong attention to detail**:

- Ability to **multi-task in a busy team environment**
