Key Responsibilities:

- Manage staff during weekend and night shifts, including assigning tasks, training, and providing feedback
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are of the highest quality and served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff, following all health and safety guidelines
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking food costs
- Manage cash handling and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions
- Work with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operations and profitability
- Provide regular reports to upper management on performance and areas of improvement

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or hospitality management coursework preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and standards

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
