**Purpose**:
The Social Media Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing the online presence, brand visibility, and engagement strategies of Lépine. This position is responsible for spearheading the planning, creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting of all social media activities across various platforms. By leveraging innovative strategies and compelling content, the Social Media Manager plays a vital role in shaping our brand identity, fostering community engagement, and driving business growth through strategic social media initiatives. By leveraging innovative strategies, compelling content, and data-driven insights, this role empowers our company to connect with our audience, build meaningful relationships, and achieve our objectives in the digital landscape.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting of content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms to optimize performance.
- Utilize social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics to assess campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to share with stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry news, competitor activity, and emerging trends to inform social media strategies.
- Continuously brainstorm and experiment with new ideas and initiatives to enhance our social media presence and drive engagement and conversions.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and industry thought leaders to amplify our brand message and expand our reach. Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsored content opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a combination of relevant experience is an asset.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in property management, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Preferably experienced in using a camera to create video and photo content.
