**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s investment products and philosophy to effectively communicate and promote these to potential clients.
- Build a high level of expertise in capital markets, investment management trends, and marketplace developments.
- Lead or participate in additional projects or duties as assigned by the management team to support the company's goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- Experience in the financial services industry, especially in a business development role, is preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated executive presence and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong relationship management skills, with a track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance and investment concepts.
- Proficiency in PC usage and MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English and additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, French, etc.) is an asset.
